I just witnessed (from my window over the parking lot next door) a meter maid ticket someone who was parked across two spots. He then proceeded to walk over the entire lot scrutinizing everyone's pass. He then walked to a car thtat was parked in a blue zone (handicapped parking) that was sideways across two lanes... Got in... and drove away...
I'm disgusted with the human race.
